Botox Turns 10!

Botox, the toxin Botulism, was first identified in the 19th century, but it’s wrinkle-fighting cosmetic use hit a milestone on April 15th, 2012. It turned 10!

April 15 marked the 10-year anniversary of the Food and Drug Administration’s approval of Botox for cosmetic use. But it has been nearly two centuries since the toxin was identified.
